Order goods
Goods may be ordered by phone, email or in writing at our address. The contract, only the goods specified in the purchase contract - order. Seller agrees that its customers will only supply goods in perfect condition and in accordance with the specifications or features usual for the type of goods conforming to set standards, rules and regulations applicable in the Czech Republic.
Order Confirmation
Each binding order will be confirmed by e-mail including information on delivery. In case of cancellation of confirmed order buyer, the seller must pay the damage caused by that action.
Reclamation
Claim is governed by the Civil Code and Commercial Code. The seller is responsible for any latent defects, which has sold goods on receipt of the buyer. Warranty period on all purchased through a range of Internet commerce is 24 months from the date of receipt by the buyer.
When a claim the buyer must prove that the claimed goods come from the seller. For this purpose, showing the goods original sales document (invoice, receipt, or purchase agreement).
Seller is not liable for such defects, which arise by rough handling, violent treatment, improper use and treating incompetent by the buyer. The warranty also does not apply to defects resulting from the use of conditions that are normal for that type and defects caused by the elements. Since this is a hand-woven carpets, the warranty does not apply to minor differences in the quality and size of the carpets, but these changes are up to 3 %. De Luxe Carpets also provides no guarantee of the real size of the carpet.
When a claim for defective goods, the seller is obliged to investigate whether a defect in a release. If they are irremovable defect, the seller of the goods exchanged, give a discount or refund the buyer the full purchase price, according to the agreement of both parties.
After 24 month warranty period, the liability of the seller for defects that were not within that period, the seller applied.
Statement of Privacy
Personal data shall De Luxe Carpets confidential, because they are protected from disclosure and use of third party and are used only for sending mail and ordered to communicate with the customer. When handling personal information is governed by Act No. 101/2000 Coll. Privacy.
